It has a nice flow to it though so if you buy your true size I do not think you will find it clingy. If your trouble spot is in the waist, you may want to size up. I am 5'5" typically small/medium with a C cup and ordered the small. It hits me mid hip. The white is double lined but still a little sheer. I will wear a cami but that is fine with me. I love this for business casual work and will order more colors

It is a smidge long - it'll look nice with leggings, but i wouldn't pair it with baggy jeans. The material is not sheer. It feels soft. The top can easily be dressed up or down with accessories.
