The fabric is breathable and the waistband doesn't cut in to my stomach. the zippered pockets will fit my phone is so heavy it would probably make my pants fall down anyway. the pockets are good for keys and maybe a couple of bills or dog treats. the price is great too! i'm going to buy more. i highly recommend these shorts!
