I'm not sure I would wear them for yoga or exercise as advertised as they are too baggy. For a size small, they are a bit loose around the waist. IF there were an XS, that would be helpful.

They are incredibly comfortable and soft. They are wide leg pants and hang perfectly from my hips. The waistband of the pant is high waisted on me but could be pulled lower to your hips because it is stretchy material. Even though I am petite I could wear them with sneakers and my Crocs. I highly recommend them to anyone!
