I love slightly puffed or capped sleeves, but have broad shoulders, so I am always leery of this type of top. It wound up being very flattering. I'm almost always exactly between a M and L. So I took a chance and went M and it fits perfectly. Super cute for casual or work-wear. Recommend sizing down if in doubt.
