I love wearing leggings, but I often struggle to find a long length top that is actually cute and doesn't look like a pajama top. This one is really attractive paired with black leggings. I don't know where they get the name "ruffle top" . Not. It is shirred a bit and it has a wonderful flair. Not too much though. Doesn't look like a maternity top as so many tunics do! It washes well. I don't dry my clothes much, so this has only been air dried. It looks great after each wash and air dry!
